Take one pant leg, and fold it in a 90° angle outwards at the knee.

4. Start rolling the waist
Grab the joggers at the waistline, and begin to roll downwards by the elastic waist.

5. Pull on loose pant leg
Once the bottom is reached you will find that one pant leg is hanging loose. Use this pant leg to pull over top of the roll, so that the rest of the joggers are encapsulated inside.

6. Finish the Block Roll
The pant leg should now be inside out, and the rest of the joggers should be contained inside, similar to how you might roll a sleeping bag.

The Army Roll is also a very effective way to save space in your luggage if you are looking to pack away your joggers.
1. Turn waist inside out
Turn the waist of your joggers inside out, exposing about 8cm/2.5in of the inside fabric.

2. Overlap jogger legs
From the bottom of the pants, overlap the two inner seams of the pant legs, so that the inside of the jogger legs are overlapping each other.

3. Fold the outside edges
Fold the outside edges of the pant legs inwards. Your joggers should look long and skinny now.

4. Roll your joggers
Tightly roll your joggers from the bottom upwards.

5. Tuck & wrap the joggers
Once the joggers are fully rolled, tuck and wrap the joggers into the fold you created in step 1.
