Grab the end of the fold that has both the waist and the ankles, and fold it inwards 2/3 of the way.

5. Keep folding and rolling until tightly compact

To complete, roll the joggers from one end to the other as compactly as possible.

1. Lay the joggers flat to start block roll

Lay your joggers evenly on a flat surface.

2. Fold joggers in half so the backside is facing out

Fold your joggers in half from the waist. The backside should now be facing upwards/outwards, and the front side is hidden inwards.

3. Fold jogger leg 90°

Take one jogger leg, and fold it in a 90° angle outwards at the knee.

4. Start rolling the joggers waist

Grab the joggers at the waistline, and begin to roll downwards by the elastic waist.

5. Pull on loose jogger leg

Once the bottom is reached you will find that one jogger leg is hanging loose. Use this jogger leg to pull over top of the roll, so that the rest of the joggers are encapsulated inside.

6. Finish the block roll on the joggers

The jogger leg should now be inside out, and the rest of the joggers should be contained inside, similar to how you might roll a sleeping bag.

Army Roll

1. Turn waist inside out for your army roll

Turn the waist of your joggers inside out, exposing about 8cm/2.5in of the inside fabric.

2. Overlap the jogger legs

From the bottom of the joggers, overlap the two inner seams of the pant legs, so that the inside of the jogger legs are overlapping each other.

3. Fold the outside edges of the jogger legs

Fold the outside edges of the jogger legs inwards. Your joggers should look long and skinny now.

4. Roll your joggers upwards

Tightly roll your joggers from the bottom upwards.

Once the joggers are fully rolled, tuck and wrap the joggers into the fold you created in step 1.
